Ommatidia powers lunar navigation with its compact, high-resolution LiDAR technology, enabling autonomous landings through real-time 3D surface reconstruction. In collaboration with TNO and under the TKI innovation program, Ommatidia’s ANT system was integrated into a lunar lander demonstrator, where it delivered critical point cloud data for precise descent and hazard detection.
