Latest 3D metrology results at CLEO

by | Apr 24, 2021 | News

CLEO unites the field of lasers and electro-optics in a single conference, bringing together all aspects of laser technology. Virtually held this year, it showcases advances throughout the spectrum of photonic technology. This year, Ommatidia LiDAR demonstrates the ability of its technology to achieve excellent angular resolution and sideline suppression for high accuracy metrological applications. These results, stemming from a collaboration with ESA for in-orbit metrology, show the potential for high density point clouds and micrometer ranging accuracy.
